JMI has a unique perspective on the present situation in the state of Kerala, and throughout the country. On the one hand, we have organizations that bemoan the dearth of employable labor available. On the other hand, millions of students graduate from all manner of academic disciplines every year, adding to the number of skilled and knowledgeable professionals already in the market, seeking employment with varying degrees of futility. Having described this apparently insurmountable pitfall, JMI presents itself as the bridge to connect the two sides in a synergistic manner.
