The nature can be an analogy of our work life. The survival of the fittest to the struggle for existence holds true for us. To survive this race, we have to be competent and confident, as the famous adage reminds us, ‘A smooth sea never made a great mariner’.
Here, team John&Mary puts forward before you, an exhilarating and varied training methodology where we defy the boundaries of the concrete walls and venture out to make the trainees feel the difference between the theories and tangible outcomes.
Destination
The Base camp is a Diamond Classified location in the heart of Periyar Tiger Reserve, a rare destination ideal for trekking, bird watching and jeep safari. A 100 year old Estate Bungalow set amidst sprawling cardamom plantations and thick forests of the Western Ghats is the boarding camp of John & Mary (J&M) to unwind.To be amidst raw and virgin nature, surrounded by none other than birds and animals, listening to the wind and your breath... well, with forethought and meticulous planning, training here can be a very pleasant experience.
Program
A two to three day multi activity expedition comprises of a wide range of activities focusing on both independence and interdependence. The activity includes ice breaking, yoga, exploration, exercises to foster team work and to bring out the leadership qualities. We also aim at adventure and relaxation. Conflict management, change management, interpersonal communication and trust building are learned and realized in its true sense.At the completion of the module, participants will be able to:

Trainer Profile
Mr. George Mathew has 27 years' of corporate experience in training and HR. In his last assignment, he was Head of Training at Ranbaxy Labs.Ltd. (India & Middle East Region). As a facilitator, he has conducted more than 15000 training mandays for various constituencies of sales executives, middle level and senior level managers of Ranbaxy, UB group, Maruti, American Express, Hyundai, UDV, Diageo, Whirlpool, Merisant, BHEL, Carlson Wagonlit, Hindustan Lever, Indian Airlines, Bharti Tele, BPCL, IOC etc in selling skills, sales & marketing, customer service, managerial and leadership skills.Mr. G. Mathew is a master trainer of IMPACT TECHNOLOGY "train the trainer program" of Auckland College of education, New Zealand. His consultancy areas include Leadership skills through interpersonal skills, Behavioral Skills and Emotional Intelligence.
Methodology
The company offers blended training experience through the online support using Learning Management System (LMS). The trainees can fall back on the system after the training module to fine-tune their skills and also avail the support of trainers available in the system.
