The training precedes assessment of individual on behavioural and technical competencies and necessary customized interventions provided. The need based assessment tools are provided by Talent lens, a Pearson group through the partnership with J&M.Placement
We provide placement assistance through the portal technology for the employment seekers. The corporate can leverage on the assessed talent pool available in the system. Individuals can get the benefit of the corporate postings and assessments hosted in the J & M portal.
